Getting Started
We kick off the process by getting to know you better! It all starts with a consultation call where we dive into your travel preferences and how they align with the trip you're planning. We'll chat about timing, seasons, budget, and of course, your interests and must-have experiences, ensuring that your destination and itinerary are tailor-made for you.
At All Together Travel Agency, every client is treated like a VIP, receiving top-notch service and accommodations. Thanks to our close partnerships, we have access to possible upgrades, daily breakfasts, and hotel/spa credits at our preferred partner hotels, making your journey even more memorable.
Proposal Creation
After our initial consultation, we begin the process by reaching out to our trusted partners to craft your ideal itinerary. Here are some of the services we'll assist you with:
- Arranging airfare, including options for private charters
- Booking accommodations, whether it's luxury hotels, private villas, or safari lodges
- Organizing private transfers for seamless travel
- Curating unique experiences and private tours tailored to your interests
- Making reservations for spa treatments and dining experiences
- Coordinating private dinners and events for those special moments
I will email you an initial proposal detailing accommodations, features regarding your vacation, day-to-day itinerary, a flight information, for your review and acceptance.
The pricing of your itinerary will be presented as a packaged price per person, clearly outlining what's included and excluded. Our proposal will also detail the deposit and final payment costs, summarizing the handpicked hotels and activities chosen specifically for you.
Once you're satisfied with your itinerary, we'll move forward with confirming services and addressing any special requests you may have.
Bookings and Deposit
Once you are ready to book your adventure, we will provide a quick agreement of terms and conditions to allow both parties to understand the expectations moving forward.
Once booking are made and confirmed a deposit will be required to book. This deposit will be applied to your travel cost. If a payment plan is required, there is be a small fee. See our Pricing List.
All final payments must be paid 45 days prior to departure date - no exceptions.
Final Documentation
Around 10 days before your trip, you'll receive final documents and information regarding your exciting adventure.
While you're off on your adventure, I will be available round the clock for any assistance you might need.
